These elements, like escrow accounts and title insurance make the transaction much more like a real estate transaction in the US. For the first time, buyers can feel safe about buying property in Mexico.

Understandable, especially if you’re not already living in Puerto Vallarta. The truth is that the building process is completely unique for each structure, and the length of time it takes to go from land to home will vary.
