Puerto Vallarta is also the beneficiary of some modernization to its marine terminals. Puerto Vallarta has been a favorite port of call for cruise ships from all over the world for years. Banderas Bay is beautiful, and cruise ships visit year-round. If you enjoy cruising, there are few better places to be than Puerto Vallarta!

Puerto Vallarta is one of the major destinations being served by the new interstate highway being built in Jalisco. The new highway project connects Jalisco’s main cities of Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, and Tequila with Zacatecas. This new highway will feature exits for all of Puerto Vallarta’s beaches, and will facilitate travel around Jalisco and into other parts of Mexico.
